This box is made of yellow cedar and has a red cedar lid. The lid is carved with a design of a pair loons mating. The front panel has a very traditional design of a killer whale transforming into a raven: the tail of the killer whale changing to be a raven head, and another raven head under its chest. In the blow hole, there is a wild man design. The back panel is showing another killer whale transforming its tail into an eagle and another wild man design on the blow hole. The left side has a design of raven while a wolf head is on the right side panel.All designs are carved deeply and with lots of details and painted in 4 colours. Crated by a very collectible artist this is a beautiful piece.
