This exquisite pole is carved out of tight-grained old growth cedar and colored wax has been applied. This unique piece depicts the Warrior holding a Raven with a Moon and Salmon. A Whale head is evident within the wing of the Raven. At the base of this work is the Wild man the "Chief of the Ghosts"; he lives deep in the woods and persuades people to eat his ghost food, to keep them in his world. Specs
