Thunderbird and Killerwhale Totem Pole

This Thunderbird and Killerwhale Pole was created by a master carver following old traditional designs. On top is the Thunderbird with both wings spread out. His headdress, eyes and wings are decorated with abalone shells. On his chest is the design of a baby thunderbird. Below the Thunderbird is the Killerwhale, his tail transformed into bear. On the head of Killerwhale is a bear design. The killerwhale's fins and blow hole are wolf heads. Below the killerwhale is a square base, whith 3 sides carved with a wild man's design. The totem pole stands on a base. Lots of detail and incredible work. Created by a master carver.
