Refund Policy:
Canadian Indian Art Inc. insures the shipments, so you would receive a full refund from us if the art item is damaged prior or during the delivery process.

Exchange Policy:
If you like to exchange your art, we can accommodate that, as long as the art you bought is in very good condition. Any return shipping expenses would have to be paid by you.

Repair Service:
During the time you own a piece of art it is likely to be damaged by accident. If you wish you may send it to us at your own cost and we will repair it for you. Depending on the intensity of damage small fees may be charged.

Delivery Policy:
For shipments within the U.S. and Canada Canadian Indian Art Inc. utilizes FedEx Ground® Variations may apply if they are agreed on by all participating parties.

For all other international shipments Canadian Indian Art Inc. is cooperating with Canada Post. No prior restrictions are made to the destination country. Correlating shipment charges are in operation and will be charged to you during the purchasing process.
