Master carver Tom Williams created this unusual rattle with an unusual black Beluga Whale whose tail has a Watch Man design flipping over to his back. A Thunderbird head is carved on the end of the handle. Nice sounds on both ends made by special beads inside. A great carving art rattle! Specs
